Dave is an accomplished Trainer, Coach, Transformation Leader, and IT Director passionate about building high value-creating teams with integrity and skill. He has a master’s degree focusing on group dynamics, a doctorate in transformational leadership, more than 20 years of agile experience, and is certified in scrum, kanban, business agility, scaling agile, coaching, team facilitation, Lego Serious Play, and product ownership.
Dave was initially trained in scrum by Ken Schwaber in 2004 and has been an advocate for better ways of working ever since.
